A new dedicated climote customer support VOIP phone service is now in place, following recent changes to our phone service provider.

In recent weeks, an intermittent fault was identified by our phone service provider, on the phone lines external to our offices which they have been unable to repair. This fault has caused dropped calls and technical outages to our dedicated customer support service.

We apologise to all our customers for any impact this may have had on any attempts to contact our team via phone.
