Where do I find the serial & PIN?
To set up a climote Heating Controller in your account, you will need a serial & PIN. Please follow the instructions below to retrieve them.
- On the heating device, click the "Menu/Back" button.
- Navigate to "Settings", and then "About". The serial & PIN will be displayed here. Serials start with a S0.
PIN is not displayed?
If PIN is not displayed on the device's about screen, you can use your climote device number instead.

Serial is not displayed?
If serial is not displayed on the device's about screen, it could also be located on the sticker underneath the climote device. (Note: details are in very small print. You may find it easier to read the number by taking a picture of the sticker with your phone).
